Yesterday it came alive.. it slowly devoured on its victim.. I went to a friend's wedding yesterday, it was lady who i worked with and become good friends with. Well, I went with a lady who knows her as well and I work with to the wedding.. I almost cancelled on her so many times, I wanted to just text and say I can't do it because my anxiety was already high.. but I didn't and I stuck it out and went.. it was nice to be there in support for my friend on her wedding day, but by the time the ceremony was over I was done.. i had enough and I really wanted to go home but I didn't want to be rude and leave.. so I waited till dinner was over.. by the time I was finished eating, I was completely done, I couldn't do it anymore.. my nerves were high, my anxiety was through the roof... I felt like I was suffocating.. the lady I got a ride with i asked her if we could go after she was some eating and she said yes and I was glad she understood and so i left for to go outside... I hugged my friend who got married and told her i was leaving and she understood as well which I'm glad but I felt like yet again anxiety has controlled my life... as soon as she left I broke down crying Idk why I did but I did.. my hands were shaking so bad and it was hard to breathe... eventually I was able to bring myself down by taking a little walk around... but I hate it, I can't even be in a small crowd without feeling like I'm suffocating.. the other thing to is I knew nobody there except for my friend who was getting married.. and that didn't help much either.. i feel like I can't even 'enjoy' life because I'm always constantly anxious and it's draining...
