Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. Good morning on this Tuesday morning! Tuesdays make me think of Senior Days at Ross and Goodwill. You know that I love a bargain. Today is yard work day though. I've put it off long enough. Later, I would like to go to the gym in Hammonton, NJ. I love that gym. There is a Dollar Tree and Walmart in the same shopping plaza. I also get my eyebrows waxed in that shopping plaza. Across the street is ShopRite and McDonald's. Down the street is a favorite Goodwill. On the way to Hammonton, there is a Dollar General. So trips to Hammonton usually take a few hours. I hope I have the energy to get there. The other night, I was watching a bunch of Dollar Tree videos on Facebook so I ended up at one store yesterday, after the beach and spent $18 which was a lot for me at that store. They have a lot of dupes and some name brand things. I got some nice kitchen towels and a drying pad for my silverware. They were supposed to have Maybelline lipstick but that store didn't have any. I like the one in Hammonton. It's pretty big. It's getting close to 10:00 a.m. What's on your agenda today? If you are a senior and are looking for a bargain, go to Ross and/or Goodwill. Of course, the best days to go to Goodwill are on Sundays when they have two colored tags on special for $3 and $2. There is always the Salvation Army. They have half-priced items every day, but closed on Sundays. I also like Red, White & Blue thrift store. They may only be in NJ though. They have specials every day. I got a pair of Skechers for $11.24, a pair of shorts for $1 and a beach cover-up for $3 there and a pair of real cute pink/salmon colored sneakers for $2 at the Salvation Army. I'm sorry that I'm so chatty. I live alone. I already texted with my brother. My best friend is doing summer school. I'm so happy that I am going to do my own yard work. I spent a fortune over the years on yard work. I haven't used my new electric mower yet but I can't wait to use it and make my lawn look nice. I plugged the battery back in as it's been weeks since I charged it. I just haven't had the energy or time to get to it. I have posted about being overwhelmed. My therapist said that going to the beach and exposing myself to the sun was a good thing and that is why I had energy yesterday. I have energy today too. Oh, also, I stopped writing in my diary. I thought my computer was done for, as it was making a horrible screeching noise, and ended up buying a new computer (used) but then the screeching stopped but once this computer is done for, so will my diary be done for until I start one on my new computer. Well, let me know if you find any bargains today! Oh, here's a biggie . . . the other day I was placing a Walmart pick-up order and I had to reach $35 to avoid paying $7 for the pick-up and I was looking for plastic hangers and only white hangers came up for $2.98 for 18 hangers. I have gotten other colors on sale before and somehow, I found blue hangers for 50 cents for 18 hangers! I bought 5 packs. That was in Hammonton. I do love Hammonton!

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon
