I want to lose like 50-60 pounds. I'm down about 12 pounds right now and those last 2 were super hard. I've increased using weights. Is there to much working out that i can be doing? I try to go like five times a week, but i usually end up going four. I do about 45-50 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and then I hit the dumbells and do some crunches. Legs are limited to me because of my bad knees so i only do the inner and outer thighs.

I think I'm eating right. I consume about 1500 calories a day, about 25-30 grams of fiber, and about 90 grams of protein. (Should i hike up the protein?) I eat ALOT of veggies, I eat a salad a day then i usually sauttee veggies and mix iwth my chicken or fish at night. My carbs are limited to either oatmeal or bread in the morning. I have about 2 or 3 littel snacks a day. Usually a piece of fruit or greek yogurt.

If you are working out and gaining muscle, you will level out when weighing for a while. Instead of weighing, you might want to check the waist instead. You can get a cheap measuring tape in the fabric department.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
