My young friend started doing a similar job in April and is in sheer heaven. He told me he feels like he's on vacation and is loving every single second - and making lifelong friends among the other staff.
Not sure this is useful for right now, but if you've had blood work done and you're low on vitamin B12, you might ask your dr if you can take some. I'm finding that it helps a great deal with anxiety if I use the under the tongue sort. Just make sure you need it and it's okay for you to use.

And I have not had blood work recently so I do not know about that. I guess that's something to consider for the future though, so thanks.
