So I handle my anxiety with sarcasm and humor but I'm getting to the point where my jokes are becoming darker and darker and idk what to do

Sounds familiar, I was for many years considered a funny, life of the party person while being chronically depressed. I even made a suicide attempt sound funny. For me, what changed was I got older and simply lacked the energy to keep up the false front when there was so much more I wanted to do with my life. So I stopped doing it. I don't know what will work for you, but I hope you find the answers you need. I'll say a prayer for you.

If you feel stuck, find a good therapist to help you deal with all your thoughts and the emotional energy tied to them. You can also try journaling to get your emotional energy and thoughts out on paper or journal on this site. You can keep them as a draft for yourself or publish them for feedback.

You can add a simple positive word to help you cross the bridge towards healing. For me, when I find myself wanting to be mean, rude, offensive, I add a gentle word to help me get past the urge. Then, I think of something positive. You can do this. It takes determination. Best wishes.

humor is a great coping mechanism to deal with stress, laughter actually releases a hormone that allows u to 'lighten up', I am very sarcastic myself, and I notice the darker it gets when Im going through more stuff, and it goes without saying the more we think, the more anxiety, usually if something is coming up what have u, try a focused activity (Ive recently started coloring, adult coloring books- seriously work- or whatever, puzzle , cross words, anything, set a timer for an hour and try- it helps redirect our thoughts, giving the anxiety a 'rest', good luck to u:)

I think you're going to have to let some truth out somewhere before you pop. :) Counselling is good. But even just telling your best friend how you're actually feeling might help.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
