anyone else feel like their anxiety is exhausting?
like I have to put in more effort than usual, to do things, to be productive etc. Everything feels forced at the moment. I feel like, I just want things to pause, yet we keep moving along, and I feel like a zombie. It is so overwhelming.
I had a headache this morning, and just felt so sad. overthinking can be such a curse... sigh, just wanted to vent/ramble. I feel guilty at times, because all this scrambled up thoughts/emotions cant be articulated and I desparetly am seeking some sort of release/comfort!. yet Most of the time I really just dont know. I dont why anymore. and its Only Tuesday...
how is your week going so far? lets hope for a turn around, if only I could just shake it off and not feel so tired all the time.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Today I feel tired. I woke up anxious, before I could even process any other thoughts of the day! I've just been yawning at my desk. I feel bone tired, like I've run a marathon. Sometimes I just feel weak from it.
Glad to know someone understands this feeling.
