I made it!!! This is the first day in five that I haven't had to leave work with panic and anxiety. All day I have told myself that these feelings are something that I am bringing on myself. I have tried to think positive. When I feel those strange feelings, I just remember that they are not real.

Excellent!! It sounds like you are trying to continue to work like I did...it worked out, but in hindsight (one year) I wish I had taken my doctors offer of time off. I guess it depends what has triggered the anxiey...in my case it was work. I still think that a change in scenery and people and ideas can really help. Best Wishes! A whole day is major!!

Congratulations thats great news. You're doing the right thing telling yourself that the panic is not real and just an automatic response that will not harm you.

Well Done!! now u have today to focus on if ur having another bad day, rather than look back on the days u had to leave work, remember back to today!!! you STAYED all day,and ur stronger than u think....We're all proud of you x
