I encourage you to believe that and surround yourself with people who will lift you up and help you make wise decisions for your future!
I myself was in management at my current company. I am very good at the technical performance of my job but my leadership needs work. My diagnosed anxiety and paste meds played a role here as well and after time I was asked to leave the company or resign from management and go back to a senior technical role. I was lucky due to the length of time at that company and the relationships I had made when I was healthier....but it is the same concept. You have to be honest with yourself about what you need to improve and make efforts towards improving it. The other option is to accept your faults and use you marketable positive skills to a different position where they can be utilized. A career counselor or recruiter may be able to help you there.
I wish you luck no matter what you decide. Just remember that you are not defined by your job. Just keep pushing forward and don't give up!
