What caring mentions is so, so important. Loss takes many forms to healing, and grief workshops give a lot of ways to find what works. Counseling gives a safe zone to explore what you are feeling. Medicine provides a temporary even keel place to give you breathing room to learn techniques to help you naturally cope better with all the unexpected.
Best wishes.
