So I have a sonogram scheduled for Tuesday to check my pancrease because I am on a pancreatic cancer kick. I can already feel myself getting worked up over this sonogram. I just had a chest x-ray and believe that if something was going on with my pancreas that was major it would have been detected in the chest x-ray. The problemis that I do not trust the medical services that I have here and there is no option to switch. I am located on an Air Force base in Japan so it is not easy for me to switch doctors or to have a second opinion. I am so thankful that we are leaving Japan soon and returning to the states where I can have my choice of doctor. I know that I am working myself up for no reason, but still cannot relax. The doctor did give me Xanax for my attacks, but I am trying so hard not to take them. I am trying to do my positive thinking but so far it is not working.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Your sonogram is read on the computer by someone in the states as well. The Air Force medical community wants to keep their members in excellent health. Take the xanax to find relief if you need to.
Find things to enjoy about Japan. There are a lot of places to visit, and you are only there for a short time.
Adjustment to leaving a place and moving to another place takes time!
It takes practice to get the positive thinking in place. Keep at it!
