Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. I plan to stay home with me, myself and I! No running around today! At least, not at this point. It's almost 8:30 a.m. I am starting to clean and made a second pot of coffee. This is my 6th Sunday of no Goodwill! I've actually done this before but I may have been ordering from Kohl's or Temu at the time. So I'm feeling free because I have no plans and my Aunt is no longer with us so no more 4 hour stints to the nursing home. I hope that doesn't sound cold but it was another reason for not getting stuff done here at home. I have energy today and I am thrilled about that. Sometimes, on a day at home, I don't get off of the loveseat all day/night. I also have made great headway with one of the kittens this morning. She loves being pet and scratched and even kissed my hand! I am expecting calls from Verizon and Comcast today. I need to get this switchover taken care of. I had to pay my new phone off. It was almost $475.00. I wish I had a pie here to bake or stuff to make cookies. I used to bake a real lot. I even thought of opening a bakery called "The Cookie Nook" which would specialize in cookies and coffees. I bought a book about it and learned that I would have to practically live there to have a bakery so I gave up on that idea. I did put some candles on so my housse will be smelling good shortly. Well, I'm going to get to work! Have a groovy day peeps!

However, she managed to avoid her sentence until the trials had been...
