General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I don't know if my fatigue is something to do with anxiety but mine starts first thing in the morning when I wake my heart beats faster then I'm breathless, my anxiety seems to be getting worse it feels like it's a bomb going off in my stomach and can last all day and night. I do try and take deep breath to see if it helps.
Good luck I hope you get the answer you want

Yes! I have so much anxiety about how much sleep I am going to get and often I have to stop myself from looking at the clock because I'll start to calculate the hours and make predictions on how well I'll be able to function on x hours of sleep. It's been something I struggle with since I was a child.
I know in the past when I've set a strict bedtime and wake up time it has helped me fall asleep quicker. Sometimes when my thoughts are going really wild and I'm overthinking in bed I start to make up a story in my head to distract myself. Create characters and make sure it isn't related to my life at all and if I'm lucky it will eventually lull me to sleep or at least takes my mind off wondering when I am going to fall asleep for a little bit. Of course different things work for different people. Everything is going to be okay. Sleep is always a really hard thing to figure out for people especially when they have anxiety and it takes time. I'm still figuring it out too. I hope this helped you in some way.
Lots of hugs for you.
I too have broken sleep every night. I will sleep a couple of hours and wake up. Sometimes I have to go to the bathroom, drinking too much water lately. Lol. Or I wake up warm. Well it has been in the high 90's and low 100's. So that will definitely wake you up. Sometimes I am able to go right back to sleep and sometimes it will take me hours. What I usually do is take a nap during the day. And I feel a lot better. Then I can go on with the rest of my day. And yes if I don't get proper sleep my anxiety is not good the next day. Could be your new meds. If it continues I would talk to your doctor. See if he can help you with getting sleep. Meditation is good. Turn some nice relaxing music on. You Tube has a lot. That usually puts me to sleep and relaxes my mind. Well I hope you get some good sleep. Hugs to you, Italianmomma4ever.
I have been on so many meds that didn’t work that all interrupted my sleep. I think it’s the clock in my head that’s messed up. It could be your new med.
Hope things can get better for all of us.
