Hi,
I'm just looking for people that are going through a similiar situation. I play up to my fears all the time. I was just broken up with via email since he said he has tried to do it in person. We dated for two years. He said that it is best to not speak now and we will get together in person in a couple of weeks. I believe my anxiety contributed to so much. I hate myself for it. I ruined everything because of a disease. I would share my fears with him constantly to seek reassurance, I have lost the most caring man I have ever known.
My fears: 1) I will be alone forever 2) I will be homeless 3) his family hates me based on a little ineraxtion that I felt someone wasn't overly nice 4) I feared that his friends and family hated when he said I do an awesome job in social interactions 5) I constantly feared he did not love me 6) I also feared he did not like me. 7) I feared him not making a bigger commitment to me.
Because of this I became very high pressure and I became irritable. My fear that his family hated made me defensive towards them. I hate myself. Why did I do this?????
Can anyone relate?

I fear he will not contact me like he said. I need closure and I'm struggling. All I can do all day is journal all my regrets! It's all my fault.

You will not be alone forever. You will be alone at times, because that's how life is. You may be homeless, if you decide to wander, travel, and crave freedom of the trail adventure. You will always have your strength, bravery to be strong, calm, focused when around negative energized people. If he can compliment you in front of people, that means what you are doing is noticed and appreciated. Take heart in that encouragement! Define love in writing to yourself. You'll have the pattern of thought to help you keep it focused on what you want with love. Same thing with like. Commitment-not what you expected nor wanted, however, it may be all he can give. Take time to commit you to your well-being. It will give you courage to be brave, no matter what happens next.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
