I have a constant fear thats draging me down fear of heart attack, every chest pain i feel triggers my panic i feel depresses and hopeless everyday i wake up i feel like it's my last i had heart test, blood test , tyroid test etc all normal yet i can't convice my brain that i am ok could someone please help.

Are you on any meds ? When I feel like that, I get up and do something to keep my mind occupied.. Like reading a book, listen to music, and go outside for jog..

Meds help me with those symptoms that have me feeling like I'm gonna go into cardiac arrest. I mean, what was I to think when anxiety mocked the signs, like tightness of chest, pain, and arm numbness? Ya found out all is okay at the docs. I know it's still doesn't always seal the deal to convincing ourselves. Carry around baby aspirin. It can prevent a heart attack or decrease it's power...just to reassure yourself, ok?

How long have you been on your meds and what dosage? You may need an increase or a different med altogether. I would talk with your doc.

I'M on 1/4 dosage of 2mg colozepam and 15 for zoloft

i get the same thing...if i get the littlest chest pain i feel like im going to have a heart attack and then a panic attack starts up. i went to the emergency room and i have been to a cardiologiast too, and i still i think something is going to happen. i try as much as i can to distract myself from thinking about anything like reading a magazine or doing world search puzzles anything that keeps me busy.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
