I have been through a lot and I worry all the time. Saying this, worrying is in my nature but I seem to excessively worry more than the average person. I can worry about anything. Some ridiculous thought could pop into my head and then I would fret all day. I worry about my family, natural disasters, the world ending and going mad. A few years ago I had a small case of insomnia. I would have panic attacks at night and not be able to sleep but it has stopped now at least. If I worry about something, I will do anything to try and stop it. This is where my OCD comes in. Yes, I have OCD so I used to think worrying was just related to this but reading this forum got me wandering. So what do you think?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

We all worry, it's when worry is the first thought, first choice, first direction we use to make choices that it overwhelms the other senses.
Write down everything in a journal to help you sort through the thoughts. Once you see a general pattern, you will be able to work on that situation to help you move forward.
