My anxiety and O.C.D got really out of control the last couple of years. There have been alot of transitions during the last couple of years. I had to set up bounardies with my parents after many years of verbal and emotional abuse. My son went off to college away from home. I entered the wonderful phase of perimenapause. During the last couple of weeks my aunt came to visit which caused friction with my parents and I am always waiting for the other shoe to drop with them. My son drove home from college by himself for the first time. We had company for Thanksgiving and my father inlaw came to visit the day after Thanksgiving. I feel uneay for most of the day and then in the evening I feel better. Does anyone know why this happens? I pretty much label my anxiety as just a feeling and the O.C.D. as just a thought and try to stay busy. I am getting pretty good at distracting myself but lately it has been difficult. Is this normal for someone that has anxiety? Any help would be appreciated

it could have been that your anxiety escalated due to the extra people coming and going. Could be that at the end of the evening you were more calm after the people left. I get like that also.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
