i don’t know if I have anxiety or if I just get nervous a lot but sometimes I sweat or feel like I can’t breathe and get stomach when I have to do something that makes me nervous and I hate it

Anxiety is a normal experience. It’s probably this that you want to know: you are feeling it an abnormal amount of anxiety for no reason or due to unusual things (checking out at a grocery store, shaking someone’s hand, etc) and it causes you serious discomfort then it may be an anxiety disorder. If it’s seriously affecting your ability to function you should consider getting help from a therapist or psychiatrist.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.
