I would get blurry vision. You can also get vision problems with migraines.

I do a lot. Things look blurry, just weird, slow motion looking. Like I'm in a dream or something. Which makes my anxiety a lot worse because then I start thinking something's wrong with me. But it passes

I don't have vision changes from anxiety, but I have always had great sensitivity to light when I am anxious - and certain types of lighting, like exposed light bulbs or even candle light sometimes, can make me feel nervous -

I developed Dry Eye problems and severe light sensitivity a few months after my anxiety started a couple of years ago. I definitely think there is a connection. The anxiety dries out my mouth and, apparently, my eyes, too. And all these eye problems only give me more anxiety, of course.

Like Janet I have light sensitivity. I've had it most of my life - glare really bothers me but I don't know if it is anxiety related but anxiety is produced when I'm bothered by the light itself. And NOISE sensitivity...that's a big one.

It's weird you guys just posted this because last night I was perfectly fine then went on my computer which set off my eyes right away. It was seeing spots. I got myself sooooooo worked up and into complete anxiety because of it.. Now I keep checking to see if I'm ok and if my eyes are ok. I keep blinking and blinking.. I know what you guys are saying. I think we are all so sensitive to everything because we are sensitive people with this disorder.. I'm trying to think positive and tell myself "this too shall pass." How is your vision today?
