Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

again, i wonder if i should call this, "off-topic." all depends on the forum moderator, i reckon. the moderators in this forum are exceptionaly gentle, so i'll just roll my dice and take my charges. alas, there is no attempted humor alert on this one. i only wish i was metaphoring around.
my cell service provider disconnected last week. no tragedy in my heart, but ? ? ? for the sake of the children. . . i'm fairly confident that it is just another digital snafu, but my autopay didn't go through and the predictable happened. while i spewed my tech-burnout best at the hoops i needed to jump to reconnect, it occurred to me that membership marketers always treat their new members better than the old ones. i have been with this provider for long enough that it felt like time to get off my apathetic hindside and go the new member treatment with the cloudy-its next door. those cloud drips all look alike to me. does the corporate name really matter?
i went to the store front to let the more up-to-date tech gurus do their digital do on my behalf, but. . . alas. . . the storefront was still there, but the door was locked and none in the stream of cars testing the door had the key to open the door. i out-waited a goodly number of door-testers and finally gave up, myself. mission failure. . .
for the sake of the children, i feel obligated to reconnect. here in my second parenting career, the absence of a cell phone feels downright neglectful. in my old world senses, i feel like my pocket brain is more respected than my organic brain. media fast? ? ? and miss the school app updates?
don't mind me. . . just venting. . .
again i leave the mood icon on the rapid cycling median.
why can't life be simple?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
I think I’d be ok without a cell phone until it happens and then I’m like nope. Not ok. It’s needed in todays world esp with kids and schools. I hope u get your provider sorted out. Please vent. We are listening
The idea of simple left when commission based service became the normal.
Sad. Here's to making it successfully through this challenge.
such SNAFU's happened back in the 20th century, as well. no such thing as a perfect system.
dumb phones users provided far better customer service and didn't even make me sign into the SNAFUing network. the membership rewards are approximately equal, but the originators of membership marketing didn't make me sign in before they would take my money. they didn't hire extra robocops to strip search clients after their stores were robbed, either.
what's in your pussword?
the digi goblins seem to have decided for me. the text from one of the parents on the kid net came through without a hitch. the weekend has begun.
ah. . . the mysteries never end.
think i'll just let THAT mystery be.
