I was craving a nice cup of decaf coffee today, so I got some. But now Im feeling the anxiety. The tight chest, weird aches And pains. Aughh has this happend to you??

YEP! Last week i had my first cup of decaf coffee in awhile and boy did i suffer after that. The anxiety and extra heart beats were terrible. Never again!

you find that even with decaf you get anxiety? i would never drink a normal cup of coffee, that would be a disaster. but with decaf i haven't had any problems.

I drink 1/2 caff coffee and have no problems. How does decaff affect you?

I have had this problem before...mostly with Starbucks decaf though. They LIE about their caffeine content...I had a manager admit it to me once. So I only have coffee from there on a really full stomach since that seems to help the caffeine affect me less.

Caffeine can make anxiety worse. Happens to me sometimes. Try make at home decaf so you know the caffeine content or chai maybe.

I gave up coffee in all forms about 3 months ago because I found that even decaf was making me very jittery. as a non - smoker and non - drinker it was doubly ticked off as it was my only "vice". When I get very desperate I have a jar of "caro" in the pantry. No,t as good as the real thing but it doesn't make me anxious.

yeah, i can get a little jittery, but love the taste. LOL what to do... decalf does have caffeine in it, just not as much as regular coffee. unfortunately, i like the taste of espresso much better than the 'americano' garbage (oops!) and it has more caffeine. i ordered some Teeccino by mail and that has no caffeine. you might try that. it's tea bags that make a cup of 'coffee.'

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
