The best thing to do is not to dwell on these new symptoms. Do not over-think them or try to analyze them because this just confirms to your brain that it did the right thing. You have to teach your brain that you are not going to react to what it is throwing at you and just stay calm and keep telling yourself that you are ok. This will make the brain go "hmmmmm, that didn't work", and then it will probably try to find another way to get your attention so that you don't let your guard down and expose yourself to danger. That is the whole purpose of anxiety. It is your brain trying to keep your alarms on "high" all the time, so that you don't get in harms way. But if you keep ignoring all the symptoms your brain throws at you, and remain calm no matter what, then eventually your brain will get the idea that the world is a safe place and it will relax and let you relax as well.
I hope it gets better for you.
