I recently got into an argument with my roommate and I haven't seen her in four days. Basically, my friend offered to wash our bedding over at his apartment and I told him the next day that I was going to pick my stuff up the next day. I am very sick and not feeling well and get there at 5 pm and do not feel like putting the stuff in the car. I told him I would be back to pick up my stuff after my 6-9 class. She texts me during class that she was pissed off that I didn't bring back our stuff because she has to get up at 5 am and needs to go to bed at 8 pm. She has a car and could have brought her stuff back herself if she really needed it. I feel like this is a stupid thing to be mad over since she is perfectly capable of getting it herself. I told her she didn't even need to get my stuff and that I would get mine after class. I avoided her Thursday because I felt like this shouldn't even be a thing, but now she's avoiding me and my friend has been telling me she's being irrational with her anger which makes me really not want to talk to her. I am so anxious and have had several panic attacks and I just don't know what to do.

The hardest part about this is your roommate let something being done to help the both of you be used as a tool for their feelings. So, do not grab onto this conversation.
Best wishes.
