I came down stairs after a shower today to my family in the midst of a conflict. Well I didint see the whole thing but from what I saw my sister was upset that my younger sister wanted to watch a certain movie. With whatever my sister did it made my younger sister cry a lot. My dad then yelled at them saying he was not going to put up with this crap all summer. I remained calm despite being scared. Im now very afraid of what summer will hold and feel like it will be better to be working over the summer. Conflicts like this do happen in my family and they make me feel scared. Conflict scares me and is one of the causes of my anxiety. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with anxiety over conflict.

Gentle support while you find what works for you, Livingly. Yay you for realizing how much other people's conflicts can affect you, even when the conflict has nothing to do with you.
As someone who was a very angry child, going as far as to hit my parents!, I can say that one day your sisters will realize fighting verbally and or physically gets nothing accomplished.
Even the best of us aren't immune to conflict, and I am sure your dad loves all of you!
