I'm finding this a lot at the moment with light and noise, not just the computer. Like I'm in the TV room right now and I'm finding the lights, TV and volume of the programme really overwhelming. I used to sleep with the TV on a very low volume at night to combat my night time anxiety, but recently I find the light it gives off too much for me.
