I don't have a lot of experience, but you may want to Google the Thomas recipe. It's apparently a tried-and-true way to help withdrawal symptoms. Mostly the physical aspects though. The anxiety and depression are going to be a battle. Exercise can be helpful with this, if you don't already. You may want to talk to your counselor for a referral to talk about an anxiety med to get you over the hump as well.
The best advice I can give in any situation dealing with depression and anxiety is to try and keep your mind focused on other things. Organize your closet. Call a friend. Run around the block. Knit. Wash the car. Go see a movie. Just keep your brain engaged with something besides how awful you feel. I have no doubt that your withdrawal has caused some very intense feelings of sadness and anxiety.

As far as the guilt goes, you're making positive changes try to focus on that and be proud of what you're doing. You deserve to feel good about making these difficult changes. Hang in there and know you're not alone!
