As soon as I notified my maintenance man, he was quick to reply with the work order. RAPID response... he's getting my services around my apartment done. I appreciate my landlord and...

Hello,so I'm currently in a weird relationship with my long distance ex who I've never met in person and it's taking a toll on me. I've lost 15 pounds and lost my appetite, but I'm really attached to him. We've had a lot of problems and I think that has caused me to gain severe anxiety. i dont know if you are religious in anyway but prayer/ meditation can help. its a bit strange.. if you are not custom to it.
i read that prayer is when you ask the universe or "God" what it is you want and meditation is the form of listening to "God".
taking this into practice may be a struggle at first, but theres no harm in trying. And if it doesnt work, dont beat yourself for it! just breathe.. remember something positive. if anything, a good run helps clear out my mind :)
I hope you can find happiness again, You deserve it! and remember you are strong lots of hugs xo

As your sister said, find what allows you to take control (cope) to some extent--even if it is calling and talking to her for reminders and reassurance that you can handle it...
I have found a whole bunch of things that help and I keep them all handy when possible...Find/identify YOUR anxiety first-aid kit contents and grab what you need to take control. (I have to do several things--first of all to recognize that it is "anxiety".
While we have some things in common that will work, the order or priority of the things we resort to is individualized tour personality and experiences. Practice--trial, error and success,,,
