So its 3am and I woke up having a panick attack again because I am moving back home. I dont understand if I am going back to a place where I have friends, a great job waiting for me (even though it is a bit less money then I'm making now) why am I not happy. My heart is pounding, I feel like I could throw up, and I am trying not to cry.
I was so distraught at work yesterday about moving I called my friend back home from my car at lunch and started bawling. She sent me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. These are the types of friends I'm going back to. Great, caring people. Is it the move thats freaking me out? The fact I'm leaving friends up here?? I cant shut my brain off and sleep, and I'm worried I am going to have a full meltdown and have to go to the hospital.
For those of you that have this kind of anxiety, how do you turn off your brain and cope? I dont know how much more I can go on.
Thanks for listening.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Best wishes!
