Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. remember, all of the good people in the world are pulling for you to be truly happy.
are you on meds love?, if you are amybe your not on the right one for you.
I would call your doctor and talk to him on how bad your feeling lovie.
Have you ever tried clonopin?, taken in regular doses throughout day will stop your anxiety and prevent breakthrough anxiety.
Clonopin is a long acting med that is why it works so well.
Once your on the right meds for you your head will be clear and you will be able to work with a physcologist on coping skills for your anxiety.
I took zoloft and clonopin together and it worked wonders for me, like yourself i was very ill, it improved my life dramaticly.
Please dont be down on your self love, your family love you and want to help you!.
There truely is a light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes it,s a case of trying a few meds before you find the right one.
Please talk to doctor as soon as you can, i would strongly reccommend clonapin (clonazepam).
When i started taking it i felt hugely better from the anxiety, it was such a relief.
Put out a post asking others what they think of clonopin and there experiences.
Like i said talk to your parents and tell the you want to see your doctor and make an oppointment, if you tell them it,s an emergency they will get you in quickly.

Big Hug,s xx.
I know exactly how you feel. Panic and anxeity can make you have all sorts of feelings and pains. I was having sharp shooting pains all in my head. My shoulders and neck hurt terrible from tensing up, especially at night causing headaches, leg pain, etc. The worst for me was the detatched feeling like I didn't really exist or didn't know who I was. Believe me it does get better. It's important to tell the panic to give you all it's got and guess what, you are still alive. I try to remind everyone when I post that the fear is what lets this crap continue. I was afraid to leave my house, but afraid to be there as well, but I made myself work in the yard and go places. Shopping petrified me, but I made myself do it. When I went to walmart, I could feel the walls closing in on me, but I kept shopping. Until I just let the panic come and realized it wasn't going to hurt me, I couldn't get well. I am on zoloft and YAZ now and am almost completely back to myself. You can be well. It does take time and practice, but you CAN do it.
Good luck and hugs,
Sandi
Sorry to see yo uare feeling so anxious.
First, you must quit using the word "can't". You are not going to find positiveness with using negative words. As it says on my status : Happiness is not something ready made, it comes from your actions.
You have to accept that you have anxiety, float with it, and realize NOTHING bad is going to happen to you. It's just anxiety. It takes practice, but you need to find your inner peace and learn that living in the moment will bring you much relief.
Look into Buddhist teachings to understand mindful thinking and finding zen. It's rather helpful with anxiety.
lighten your load so that you can be happy once again. :)
0.5 clonopin is an exreemly low dose, no wonder your anxiety is so bad love.
I take 1mg x3 per day or only as needed, you sound like you need a higher dose just for now untill you can work on your issues through selfhelp then on an only as needed basis.
As long as take it just as prescribed you shouldn,t have any problems coming off or down it.
Hugs xxx.
How do you see yourself fred?? How did you climb to the top of your life??
I understand where you are because I am there myself right now. I have generalized anxiety disorder, depression, panic attacks and agoraphobia. The anxiety can be so hard to deal with. I have days where I have it from the time I get up until I go to bed. I ask also if you are on meds. If not you need to get to a dr. I am on Xanex for anxiety and it does not always work but my dr. has tried several anti=-depressants that are made to help with GAD, panic attacks and agoraphopia. Some are Zoloft, Pristique, Lexapro, Cymbalta. I have struggled with this for 2 1/2 years and finally made the decision to change drs. Was the best move I ever made and also I have a good therapists. Don't give up. There is hope. Just need the right meds. God Bless
