i am now suffering from a brain fog. I think i got it from drinking my medicines. I looked at it online and some of the meds that causes brain fog are anti anxiety meds and anti psychotics. Unfortunately i am taking those two. I have major depression and anxiety disorder. I've been drinking this meds for almost 5 years i think. It s so hard the infos on my head are scattered. And i am thinking slowly. I cannot do a fast recall. I suffer to this soo much. I went to my psychiatrist a day ago and she said that i cud be from the medicines that I am taking. So she lowered the dose of my medicines. She also gave me a list of vitamins and supplements that i have to take. I'm just wondering does any of you have this symptoms? Like a slow thinking, scattered thoughts, cloudy thinking?
