Anyone who has anxiety has experienced brain fog. It's just one of the many fun symptoms of our mood disorder. And, I can speak for myself that it wasn't so many years ago, the word "Brain Tumor" came up in my mind. Okay, fine, I OBSESSED over the possibility. Us "Spazz's" can think of a zillion different thoughts at once...bam, bam, bam.WE make great employees because we can multitask. Problem is, we run on adrenalin. And like the "high" if you can it that, ya gotta come down. Sometimes it can feel like your brain's just gonna shut down. But usually, the fog just rolls in. Your mind is exhausted and takin' a breather whether you like it or not. It will go away. But it's obvious you are fightin' it tooth and nail. Used to do it myself ALOT! Once I was in a panic, talking to hubby on the phone, trying to get out the door to work...couldn't find my fricken phone. Was turning over piloows on the couch...yea, phone was in my hand and I was using it...duh....Feel better?

Is that what you call it, I can't seem to retain anything. Writing everything down at work so I do not forget. I also wondering if I had a mini stroke, or is it just anxiety.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
