Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I'm in a long distance relationship. What for itself its an anxiety trigger, but I was dealing very good with it, even that we lived more than 8 thousand kilometers distance.
At the end of the year holiday I went to see him, and that blow up everything.
He knew I was going, he was expecting that, but when I finally arrived, we was acting diferent. Cold and distant.
I've talked to him back then, asking whats going on. He said that he was sick. (He really had a stuffed nose). And things were back to normal.
I've anxiety and depression. And my past relationship build a lot of triggers since I had an abuse relationship.
After the holidays I came back home, and then the problems really started.
We used to talk almost everyday online while we watch something or play videogames. This almost stopped. I inquire. "I'm working too much" was the answer.
Now we only see each other by video on the weekends. And each time less. Today he was rude with me cuz we were losing the game.
I was thinking that maybe I should messaging him saying that he was rude and that I didnt like it.
The problem is, I dont know if what I'm seeing is real or just my trouble mind speaking.
People who knows me and him are saying that I'm crazy, but I'm afraid of everything and my past triggers are all screaming things like he is going to leave u cuz u didnt play well today.
And then my mind started to work in the wrong way. Defeating myself all the time and I dont know what to do. Even that he is not the only thing triggering me, he is very important to me and a huge part in my "balance". I had 3 panic attacks in these last 2 weeks. Its been more then 3 years since I had one
I'm on medication and therapy. But isnt working anymore.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
I would just leave it alone for tonight. Maybe tomorrow, too. Don't contact him right now.
Saying that you want to "message him that you thought he was rude and you didn't like it"..... isn't going to help the relationship. What is he supposed to say back to that? What are you hoping will happen? Because this is who he is, and he won't be changing. Take him or leave him, this is him.
It seems he is young (20's?) and you said he lives with his parents, and I think that the video game is very important to him. He was probably frustrated that you two didn't win the game, but that is just as much his fault. It wasn't all your fault about the game. Some people playing video games get really into it, and they don't want to lose their game.
Long distance relationships are hard enough. I was in one, too. You're going to have to let the little things go. Don't nag or get on him for little things like this.
How long have you two been dating??
Keep busy with your own life. You have your job, your Mom, your friends, things you like to do. It's important to have your own life, separate from this boyfriend.
I wouldn't contact him at all tonight. Or tomorrow. Just let it rest for awhile.
