Today's been a bad day with anxiety an even felt a little depressed :( I just started seeing a counselor and my doc gave me Zoloft, but I'm afraid to take it. My husband also has anxiety, but his is Social Anxiety and it only makes mine worse.
I have started exercising about 2 weeks ago and it helps some, but it just seems like nothing is really helping. I feel like I'm going crazy!!
The last 2 nights I have had blurry vision. It is intermittent, but it is bothersome. I have read that this can be a symptom of anxiety, but I was just wondering if anyone else gets this?
I took a Klonopin and it has worked some, but I still feel a little BLAH!!
I have terrible health anxiety.... As you can tell :)

I have not had blurry vision related to anxiety--only to blood sugar levels. Are you eating properly? I, too, have mild health anxiety given the medical issues I now face. I think we should accept that it is ok to be concerned about our health...Glad you came here to post because it helps when someone shares in your concern. Makes it feel lighter. Take care and post often as needed.

My Fibromyalgia causes it, my low blood pressure causes it, and so does anxiety. You are not alone at all with this. Hugs GB

I get blurry vision sometimes (seems to occur most often in the evening) from dry eyes. My eye doc gave me some"blink" tears to use and it really does help. I use them once or twice a day.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
