For some reason, my office is a safe zone for me. Like you I was counting down the days to my much needed R & R, I've been off since the 18th. I'm doing the same thing...going in tomorrow even though I'm not "officially" scheduled to go back until Monday. No one is pressuring me it is just my way of a distraction from my problems. I feel needed and important at work. I am in "control" at work. At home not so much...

Staying busy doesn't seem to help much. If I stay in and get myself real quite, the anxiety subsides some. Action only makes it worse. The hour drive to work cranks it up... work itself seems to help but the drive home gets it going full tilt. I have tied books on tape etc. ... doesn't work. No way can I quit and find a job closer to home.. I have to get through it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
