It sounds like you're going through a really rough time right now and that life seems overwhelming. Life is overwhelming, I agree. Sometimes, we just need to take a deep breath and take a step back from things to regain our focus and pull out the strength that always lies inside of us.
I'm wondering if you've ever considered that there is some sort of meaning in your struggle. I believe that everything in our lives has meaning, and that this is especially true for suffering. What can you gain from your experience? How can you use this to make you stronger, wiser, more compassionate?
I am reading a wonderful book right now that is on this topic exactly. It's called "Man's Search for Meaning" by Viktor Frankl. If you enjoy reading it, I think it might really help you with some of how you're feeling right now. I know reading and reflecting on Frankl's words has helped me in regards to my own anxiety/depression. Maybe it could help you as well.
Even though things feel horrible right now, remember, they will not forever. If you have to, continually remind yourself that this is not permanent. You will get through this. And remember to take good care of yourself and be kind to yourself. You will be okay.
Feel free to message me if you ever need support or need to vent.
Whew, that was long winded. Are you in any treatment, meds or therapy? You deserve a break--.
Latest was at an anxiety clinic. Feeling a little better today. Trying
to think positive. But it is sure hard. Spent near 51 years having
negative attitude.

Thanks for having the courage to say this honestly. I too have felt this way often. Yet even now (aged 61), I am glad that I hung in there. I am still hanging in there. Even if you don't think so, people would miss you - your unique self is of value in the world, even if you can't always feel that way. I am lucky enough to have raised two chilren - their lives and their love for me keep me going. But I am on my own apart from my kids, so day to day life can be lonely and full of anxiety, fear and hopelessness. Do you have a dog or cat? I find that they help.
Lots of love and hugs from me,
