this might not help but wanted to share because it might help someone else. You mentioned walking doesn't help. Have you tried running or jogging if you are physically capable?
This has made a world of difference for me personally. That physical exertion is kind of giving into what your body naturally wants to do - which is "fight or flight."
Now I know that this is not a practical solution in the moment at times depending on your circumstances, but I can tell you that when I've felt the rush of adrenaline associated with ensuing anxiety, it practically melts away by getting my heart racing above 160. It has a way of clearing the mind.
It's not the end all be all, but I can tell you in my experience, it has improved my quality of life by providing at the very least, a period of respite from the anxiety and at best decreasing anxious episodes overall.
