Depression and anxiety:
I'm a victim of both of these terrible illnesses. Ever since a teenager, I have had episodes. But this time it's not going away. I had my baby almost 2 years ago, and I haven't been ok since then. I struggle everyday just to get out of bed. I have been on so many different meds I feel like a foggy guneai pig. It's not fair to carry all this pressure all the time. I put on a show all the time and I am done now. I am just going to pray that soon I return to the old me again. I want to laugh. I want to have fun again. I miss it so much. It's like I'm trapped inside my own mind and I can't escape it. The fear and self doubt is debilitating. When someone you know is suffering, just be there. Don't try and fix us. If it was that easy we would be happy. I literally wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I have hibernated and stopped socializing. I'm a slave to work and baby. My anxiety makes me tired but my depression gives me insomnia. It's a living hell. I will never stop fighting for my daughter. I will see the sun again one day. I pray every night and I know I will survive this.

She said that there is always going to be cheap stuff to buy, but do I need it? The answer is mostly "no". So today, I am taking back some things that I bought online at Kohl's, namely a 9 x 12 rug and a quilt for my bed. I also bought sheets that I don't need...
It begins with writing it out, keeping a journal, and making a simple plan of action that you do every single day. Keep one positive word as your "go-to" reminder, stand in front of the mirror and watch your body smile and relax.
Simple tasks will help you settle your anxiety within a comfortable range, and often lower depression levels to a better level.
Best wishes.
