Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
I mentioned before (I think a couple of days ago) that I was dealing with some stressful situations. In the past couple of weeks it was (Boom!) here's something to deal with and I would think that I'm over it. Then, the following week (Boom!) here's something else. I forgot that stress and anxiety are weird things to track. Like, I could be feeling fine for days and then (Bam!) I have had palpations and anxious feelings for the past few days! Oh no, is my heart about to fail (even though I walk/run up three flights of stairs almost every day or walked for over two miles the other day. I start to associate/overanalyze them with every single thing I do and want to easily fix the problem, without realizing that I don't handle stress well. Then, I self-diagnose on Google, and drive myself crazy!
I can get a grasp on anxiety pretty well, but stressful situations...just take a lot out of me and I'm going to try to find a way to get better with it! Because, stress will always be there, I just need to find a way to kick its butt!
Ugh! I know I have to ride it out, just hate the feeling so much! Haven't had an anxiety attack in so long...but at least I know what it is. Does anyone else relate to this annoying feeling?!
Peace, love, health, and happiness!

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
ply self-care and therapy tools here. . . then get back to the peace, love, health and happiness.
So realize you will be more productive if you were relaxed, This may seem obvious but there is a little suggestion in your post that stress or anxiety is needed because the situations are challenging, but stress doesn't add to solving them. When you're calm, think about taking anxiety out of the program, and that you will try as best you can and let the chips fall as they do.
Thanks Bobby for your advice!
Then I get busy and forget I almost died again lol Deep Breaths we are all here to comfort each other.....Hugs to You!
