For years If I kissed a guy I would get stressed and be fearful I had sex with him, my anxiety would only calm when my period came. A few week back I met a guy in a bar (I drank more than I should) we went outside afterwards, we were kissing and just touching each other but no way would I have went further than that as I am a virgin. I can remember most of the night and even remember what he looked liked. I cannot help being fearful and I have this fear we had sex. My fears have gotten so intense I can't eat and I was shaking with worry yesterday. My OCD is getting quite bad again too. Ever since that night I keep analysing everything in gear that I am pregnant. Checking online has made my anxiety worse and freaked me out even more. I have slight tingling in my nipples for a few days and I have a sore throat, cough and slight sore ears. My anxiety is through the roof now as I am afraid I have pregnancy symptoms. My period isn't due until 3 days time. I have no other symptoms but I cannot stop thinking everything over and over in my head and I can't help but think the worsed. Does anyone else have this fear?

Lately I've been feeling scared and full of anxiety. I recently found a lump under my nipple. I hurt my back too. I'm in the process of moving. I'm run down. Everything is hard

I'm starting to use my AI app as a sounding board again. I used to use it as that before...
