I've noticed on a few occasions in the morning that my left abdomen has had this mild dull pain that comes and goes. After I go to the bathroom it subsides and gets better during the day. I have the usual rounds with anixiety and when its high, I tend to be able to focus in on body sensations more easily and obsess about them.
Does this dull pain that comes and goes sound like IBS? I would almost say it feels kinda like gas but maybe a little more painful. I know I should check it out but I was doing some reading online and it sounded kind of like IBS and I've read there are links to anxiety.
Last night I didn't get enough sleep and I always dread work on Monday which usually elevates my anxiety.
I was just curious if anyone else has experienced this issue

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
By doing this, you can eliminate several issues, and help reduce the anxiety associated with this real symptom of anxiety spikes and resting tensed muscles. I started doing some simple movements to help the muscle release the tension and the feeling disappears fast.
However, I also know that certain foods are craved by me during anxiety spikes, so when it happens, I take note of the other factors now, and this helps me to manage anxiety better on my terms.
Best wishes, and give yourself a positive pep talk to help you switch from weekend to weekday!
Have a good week!
Sometimes anxiety can amplify something to the point where something simple feels more ominous than it really is. so frustrating
I know that some times we(anxiety sufferers) worry a lot about things especially with our health but if something is bothering you and you're concerned about it. It's best to check it out with a doctor, especially if it persists for a week or more.
Take care,
