Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

I'm not sure activated charcoal will be easy on the stomach, I'll do some research about it. As for diet, I avoid all the triggers, including the ones you mentioned. I also take PPIs for acid.
Could you recommend any medicine for the anxiety itself?
Funny how we both feel like we are never going to heal when gastritis pain takes over. However, there are people that I've talked to that healed at one point completely. I think someone we can learn from is Soretum. Six years is a long time, but if she can do it so can we. We just need to remain extremely strict on what we eat.
Yeah, haha. I also read somewhere that someone's aunt dealt with it but eventually got healed and got on with her life and never had a problem again. Another guy who I told you I though was healed (he said he was after a year) was back on the forum again months after, I found out yesterday. I can't fully trust the accounts on the internet anymore. I'm starting to accept the fact that stomach might get near 90 % and certain things will remain on the black list forever. But as long as I get out of the yo-yo and eat healthy basic stuff and my mind is off of this, I'll be okay. Now I would prefer to be reading, but am here instead.
You know what is the hardest part? that you should probably not make any mistakes for nearly a year to finally break out of the yo-yo cycle. However, Soretum doesn't believe this and did it another way, I'm waiting for her (or him?) to tell me how. That's why not irritating the stomach is so very important.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll do a little research about it
