it is just your imagination going a little wild. don't worry about it. you are fine, still just a little shook up since your recent health problem.
as we age, there are several different health problems and body changes that we might have to adapt to. but, there are tons of role models out there to emulate. it might be an amputee who mastered life anyway, etc. no matter what changes we go through in this life, we will always have people who care and will befriend us through the challenges.
we will never be alone in this world. there will always be thousands of people at the other end of a phone willing to advise any of us when we call on them.
I think you are right, although i can admit that these feelings are silly it has been hard for me to get out of these moods once in them.
However on a positive note writing this discusion thing helped me tonight and i think i might even be looking foward to a good night sleep.
thanks again, and have a good day/night (depending on where you are)
i have booked a doctors appointment in the coming week and am basically hoping that he will tell me everything is allright and that ill believe him and wont be having this problem.
either that or i need sometrhing to help me sleep, as im starting a job next week but currently sleepless nights seem like they will be a big problem. although i dont knkow if i should be looking for something that helps my anxiety or just some sleeping medicine?
thanks agin for everyone who comments, if anyone has simmilar problem and managed to beat it i would love to know how.
thanks in advance, will.
I also worry about health related issues. I had some health problems earlier this summer and now keep thinking I have a brain tumor also. I was diagnosed with with TMJ last month, but I keep thinking that I have something more than TMJ...even after seeing 4 doctors last month. YOu are not alone with the way you are feeling and i am here anytime you need to talk.
