It is almost 4a... my sleeping routine has been a problem for quite sometime and with this situation it has just been a pile on ,,, I am sure there are large, very large groups out there that are going through what I am going through right now ,,, Is there safety in numbers ?? or comfort in numbers ??, I don't know .. My orientation is trying to be positive and uplifting,, finding it harder and harder to do so,,,Like so many others ,, I go into a tail spin hearing the news every day,,,,and unfortunately you cannot tune it out and it finds a way to sneak its way into my consciouness ,,,,so,,, it is a very difficult way to live ,,,
What I need to do to get past this that has lodged its way into my thinking is come up with a personal game strategy and stick to it ,,, Which admittedly will be hard and a test of my ability to connect with my higher self ,,,,A difficult task no doubt,,, it means not doing anything stupid and thoughtless as it appears so very easy to contract this.. I think that the starting point here is a good additude going forward and if I can maintain that I think everything else will follow that and fall into place ,,,It seems that most people come out of this fairly well,, so I am hopeful for that ,,,,I certainly do not want to dwell on this and it only feeds onto itself,,,... So,, I will conclude this by saying a famous aphorism ... " what doesn't kill ya,, makes you stronger " and particularly now that is very true ,,,

GOD BLESS you and keep you safe.
As far as trouble sleeping, I would recommend a single Benadryl (25mg) at bedtime as it's non habit forming & stops the brain buzz that keeps you from drifting off, very effectively.
