Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
number 11 works great. Also throughout the day try to be mindful, focus on what you feel, what you see, what you hear. Be present and if thoughts come to you about the future just allow the thoughts to keep flowing like passing clouds. Do not fight your thoughts. Be confident and faithful that this will pass. There are many of us who are on the other side of the tunnel. If you drink coffee or soda take that out of your diet. Also remove any processed from your life. That alone will make a huge difference. Practice a bit of guided meditations to relieve anxiety and find strength in yourself. Rely on YOU.
I wish you luck my friend. If you need any help feel free to reach out to me. You can send me a private message. All will be well, allow your feelings to be, do not fight it.
your description fits what my shrinks and i call, "dissociation." in its natural state, dissociation is a handy gift which can help us through tedious and/or traumatic events and feels like an all-natural sedative. carried to psychotic, habitual extremes, dissociation is, indeed, the worst feeling and extremely hard to come back from.
getting your strictly personal dissociation cycles into words and sharing those words in a safe place, such as this very forum, can help allot in finding ways to manage the psycho tick. i hope you'll feel safe to do precisely that.
you are not alone, tt.. welcome aboard. listening. . .
Actually, I consider this to be a conversation with your self. When you are in conflict with what you want to do with the thoughts of choices, it can be difficult to find answers in the moment.
Exploring the events in a safe way, and working through the event is a path towards healing and a better balance.

This anxiety disorder really complicates my daily life routine affecting everything from my interpersonal relationship, career, eating habits, sleeping patterns, and much more. When undergoing this panic anxiety, I too feel tingling in my stomach and weakness of body with my mind traveling in a totally different point of view from the usual. Often, my mind slips out of my grip during these anxiety attacks which complicates the situations even more. But I would say, undergoing anxiety therapy has helped me a lot, in controlling my emotions and expressing them positively. The exercise and meditations too paved me with a better result. Hence, approaching an anxiety therapist would be the right choice for you!
Sounds like what @mtd is describing.
@tt22, I hope it helps that there are others experiencing similar feelings.
