I'll second the notion that the quest for perfection is a self-defeating quest. At best, "perfection" is a matter of opinion. One person's perfection is another person's disaster. Even within a strictly personal lifetime, what is perfect at 12 is seldom so perfect at 17.

Gentle support while you find the answers that work for you. Welcome aboard
You've taken the important first step in writing it out.
You started with your beginning level, learning all the new skills at a pace that provides you with the ability to do what you learned properly, carefully, and with positive results.
Do. Not. Compare. Your. Work. To. Other's. Work.
Keep a journal so you see what you are doing to improve your skills, knowledge, and ability for your well-being.
Perfect is just a word.
Best wishes as you find your better balance.

Just keep doing your job. You've been there 3 months, so they obviously like your work.
Keep up the good work! :)
