Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

For the past month I have been going through an insane amount of stress, I have been dealing with the loss of my father, my best friend and I had (another) a falling out, I have been overwhelmed with guilt and shame and anguish at the loss of this friendship and I have been full of blame for it as well. I have been stressing about money issues and I dealt with some really stressful work related things near the end of last month where I had people screwing me over on jobs I took, I dealt with extreme anxiety over fear of being stalked... I have been trying to fight against OCD/anxiety triggers (So I try to do things that I am afraid of, eat foods I have anxiety over..etc)... I haven't been eating well, I go through binges of sweets and junk food and salty crap, Especially during high stress times..
So here's where it gets weird, On Friday afternoon I snacked on some leftover tater tots (Yum!) and drank some coca cola... Now this is important because the soda tasted weird, it left a strange aftertaste in my mouth and made my stomach feel a little gassy, Eventually the feeling went away.. Now I have to mention that I hadn't had sweets for a few days prior to this event.. Later that night I overdid it on graham crackers, Gave myself a bit of a stomach ache and ended up having diarrhea. My stomach was unsettled (Gassy) for the rest of that night and morning... When I went to bed, I had this sensation that I was EXTREMELY hungry, I normally get morning hunger because I am so stupid about eating the right portions but this was so intense, I felt like I was going to die, It was sort of like I hadn't have eaten in DAYS, That is how it felt to me..
I woke up on Saturday... The feeling had gone away and then I had some cheese and crackers, and a little bit of soda which still had the strange aftertaste, the intense hunger pang feeling started, gnawing, grossness, icky. I have no other way to describe this except hollow icky pain of gross... It wasn't going away no matter how much I drank water, But it did go away when I woke up from my nap.. Then I had a sandwhich and after about an hour and a half the feeling came back, I had soda this night, the aftertaste was still funky as hell, And it was a different bottle!
Sunday wasn't much different, it started up soon after I got up and felt weird, but I had a sandwhich and it seemed to make the feeling go away for a little bit, then I took my regular nap after a while, I got up, ate dinner and there the feeling was again... Same old same old
Today, monday.. I woke up, felt fine and ate some fortune cookies and then it started again, I had this feeling all day and ate some food (Usually it feels "okay" after food but 5-10 minutes after eating the feeling came back just as intense, When normally it doesn't do that for HOURS after I eat..) I went to take a nap during the afternoon, woke up and it was still just as intense, when the previous naps I had been waking up and feeling fine, It's lasted since I woke up, I've had food and water and nothing makes it feel better.. It went away for about half an hour earlier when I had an ice cold glass of soda but it came back just as bad.
I have no idea what to do and it's freaking me out so bad! I don't know if it's just stress or what, because I brought it up with my uncle and he said it sounds like an ulcer but my mother and aunt both agree that it doesn't sound like any ulcer they've ever heard of before, And all the people I talk to say it doesn't sound like an ulcer even though gnawing sensation in the stomach is one of the biggest symptoms, It's also the only one I feel... So I'm obviously freaked out about the possibilities because this can be a symptom for anything. I went to the doctor and they did a bunch of stuff and came back with nothing, They said it didn't look like I had an ulcer..
So whats wrong with me? I've been crying on and off over this because I'm genuinely terrified I am going to die.

Sorry you're having this issue, good luck though!
Extreme stress coupled with a diet that you are describing is a recipe for diabetes.....hopefully not.
I am not a doctor and am not in any position to diagnose you or anyone....however, I am diabetic and you are describing all my symptoms prior to diagnosis.
My advice is to see your doctor and get a correct diagnosis.
However, keep in mind that if you suffer from anxiety, it could be another symptom of that as well.....so if your tests come back normal, then it is anxiety.
I have had these same symptoms and I was about your age when I experienced them. Soda was also a big factor in the way I felt. I would urge you to go to a Dr. to have yourself checked. If it is an ulcer it can be treated and you will feel so much better. When I went to a Dr. they schedule a few tests and prescribed meds that did help. Plus I cut out soda (I think that helped the most actually). It was not an ulcer for me...It was 'just' stress.
I would also suggest that you start seeing a therapist. Just talking to an impartial 3rd party can be very helpful in reducing your stress level. They can also help you sort through all the feelings you are having from all the loses you have experienced lately. And if your stomach issues are from all the stress, having a therapist is going to be your best bet to feeling better.
Take care
You're not nutty, but may have some food issues. The big things that trigger food sensitivities are: gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, wheat, nuts, peanuts, shellfish.
Unfortunately, gluten, wheat, eggs, dairy and corn is in just about everything.
But chat with your doctor and if they say "its all in your head" talk to an alternative healer or nutritionist.
Our society is toxic: there are many toxic people out there.
I am being stalked by several individuals and they and their friends are following me everywhere. Their friends, which consist of pimps, prostitutes, and con artists, are showing up at my workplaces and harass me. They damage my car, had to spend thousands of dollars on security equipment. They swamp me with spam via texts, E-mails, and phone calls.
They are attempting to harass me further by getting corrupt police officers involved too.
Believe me, I know how crazy people can get.
As our society gets more and more toxic we have to take a step back and pull back from these poisonous entities.
Another important note: scratch off TV for a while, because TV will increase anxiety. Every single commercial out there capitalizes on the fears and worries of every day people. That is the worst for a person with anxiety. Surround yourself with peace, via peaceful music, and via peaceful activities that are only for you.
You need to be able to screen out the outside toxins.
