Have you tried breathing exercises? Yoga or meditation? I just joined a yoga class to help naturally monitor my body. That or Thai chi is excellent

I'm not sure, but I think mine is finally dropping. At 65, I have the energy level of a normal teenager. Sigh. . . It's still allot of high voltage to channel. Sigh again. . .

I have adrenaline issues. I can start sweating buckets at a moments notice. I think its more like fight or flight. My heart starts beating fast, I forget what I was doing.....shortness of breath. It's scary.

I'm sorry you have a lot of adrenaline circulating in your body. Do some research on the vagus nerve. Some activities like singing or deep breathing help stimulate this nerve which will help the nervous system relax. I hope you can find some exercises that you like.
