Has this ever happened to anyone?
I was looking at this persons background on a website, and i got a major twitch, it was like one of those hypnotizing backgrounds , and i had a major twitch, i think i had a seizure, i jumps up, my heart is like pounding like crazy, and im sweating bad. Did i have a seizure, or did i just get startled. =[

what kind of twitch? where was it? i have eye, back of knee, lip and inner elbow twitches every so often. tons of us do. pretend it never happened. then it will be less likely to happen again.

Anxiety can make us the jumpiest of folk. It doesn't take much to spazz me out! Our deceitful brains can send us the wrong messages because it's working with adrenalin...fight or flight mode. Therefore, creating all kinds of mock scenarios that have many running for test after test at the docs.Most of us have imagined the yet undiagnosed brain tumor.Especially, when we spazz out, become dizzy, unfocused, foggy, twitchy, numb, paranoid...the list goes on. We are ultra sensitive souls and sometimes just the slightest thing will have our hearts racing like Sea Biscuit and our minds swirling like we've just spent an hour on a Tilt a Whirl! HUgs!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
