A Little Thought

I was reading my scriptures and I just felt that I had to post this:



Yes, bad people do bad things to good people. Yes, sometimes God does not stop them. But it does not mean He is not watching over the good people. He is letting the bad people do bad things because they have agency. He can not stop people before they do bad things and then punish them for what they could've done. In order for God to punish bad people, they must do bad things. Those bad things are what we good people use to grow strong and mighty.



The only thing God is not capable of doing is lying. Remember that. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son; That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16.

i'm not a christian, but my non-committed bible studies seem to hold that god's commitment to free will is quite sacred. s/he doesn't **let** us do bad things. it is **our** choice to be kind. cruel or any of the shades between the extremes in any given situation. god will honor our free will, regardless of our choices.

Arfie is correct, God gave all free will to exercise to our own desire. Another scripture of note is that it rains on the just and the unjust. Think about that one. God has already given us His word, The Bible to study His ways and it tells us how to conduct ourselves in these situations. Scripture already tells us that He builds a wall of protection around those that love Him and follow Him. For example, read Job. Satan challenged God in regard to Job and mentions the wall of protection God has placed around Job and his family.

    Does anyone here have a comfort item you carry with you when you go out? For example this is my doll, Annie, and I've recently been bringing her with me when I run errrands flor have an appointment. Holding her comforts me. I've bought her clothes, crocheted for her, I recently bought a personalized blanket with her name on it.  Just wondering if anyone else has a comfort item.
