I get the same thing only I am terrified of getting a blood clot in my leg cause that happened to my mom. I have figured out over the last few months that it is all just my anxiety causing any "symptoms" I am having. Our minds are incredibly powerful, sometimes that's a great thing and sometimes it's not so great. In this case it falls under the not so great category. I would tell you to relax and not let it get to you, but coming from experience I know that is damn near impossible. I just look at it as If it happens it happens. I'm going to try to enjoy my time with my family as much as possible. I have had all kinds of tests done and everything has come out normal. I can't afford to devote any more time worrying about the what ifs. Time is a valuable thing and its something we never get back. I wish you the best of luck and know you are not alone in this.

It is scary when someone we know has a medical issue because we tend to think "what if that happens to me?" The truth is it probably won't, at least not at this age. When you are starting to feel pain in your body tell yourself that you are safe and that you are just experencing symptoms of anxiety and just let the anxiety wash over you and try not to fight it. Use any coping skills to get you through. I hope you feel better soon and i hope your stepdad is alright.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
