Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Your body is meant to heal. Just give it time to do its thing and accept you are having panic and anxiety and release it. Jumping up and down will also help you get that excess energy out-try doing jumping jacks and singing "I'm a Yankke Doodle Dandy!" Have fun being a little crazy for a few minutes. Turn the music up loud and belt out a song and dance around the house.
I am not making light of your dilemma. I have been there and know now that it can't happen. Trust in yourself and your body to take over your overthinking brain. Your brain can't see so it thinks there is serious danger and has POURED out so much excess adrenaline to help you "get away from that lion" that your body does not know what to do with it. It will take over in time though no matter what.
The website www.paniccure.com will share that with you. Really, you should check it out. It has great tips!
You most definently ARE NOT GOING INSANE. I don't know what you are feeling or what your coping skills are but if you need something let me know. There were tins, still are, that i feel I'm going insane too. When that happens i pray, I cry and I prsynhe some more. Anxiety is painful because it messes with our psyche. But we are all strong enough tom fight back.. Right now your strength is hiding behind tpyour fear and because of that the anxiety is winning. Kick your fear aside and kick anxiety aside. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
God Bless and stay strong
